Synopsis: Mizuno & Chayama

In the town of Asaba, there exist two families who are infamous for being bitter enemies. One is the Mizuno family whose patriarch is currently vying for the mayoral position, and the other is Chayama-en, a flourishing tea enterprise that the Mizuno clan accuses of polluting the town's water. Even though the town assumes that the daughters of both families have their lives sorted, Mizuno resents the insular atmosphere, and once she graduates from high school, she intends to leave. In contrast, Chayama cherishes her life and is determined to inherit the family business, despite the controversy surrounding it. Even though the girls hold opposing views and cannot interact, they fall in love and date secretly. As their relationship strengthens, external factors risk tearing them apart. The daughters of Chayama's parents' employees bully her, while Mizuno struggles to maintain a façade to help her father's campaign. In the midst of these challenges, the girls discover solace in each other and vow to overcome every obstacle to stay together, no matter how antagonistic their hometown treats them.
