Synopsis: My Tearful Landlord, Mikuru

Aoba had always harbored a desire to reside in a coastal hamlet. In order to actualize his dream, he entrusted the task to a real estate agent. Despite the lack of inspection, he was furnished with keys to an abode that was far from the idyll he had envisioned. The owner of the ramshackle suite, bespectacled Mikuru, implored Aoba to stay, but Aoba was apprehensive. However, the captivating sight of the sea from his room altered his stance. When Aoba communicated his decision to Mikuru, he was astonished to witness Mikuru removing his glasses and shedding tears of ecstasy. Aoba was struck by Mikuru's dedication to managing the property and was gradually won over. Reciprocally, Mikuru began concocting schemes to assist Aoba.
