Synopsis: Otoko Yamome mo Hana ha Saku

Uematsu, a middle-aged salaryman, was taken aback to discover that part-time restaurant worker Asahikawa had insight into his food preferences. Upon receiving a promotion to department head, Uematsu anticipated a smooth sail; however, his wife left him shortly thereafter. Approaching his forties, Uematsu senses a significant decrease in stamina and energy, and therefore seeks to avoid any and all complications. Nevertheless, Asahikawa's presence seems to bring him a sense of comfort, leading Uematsu to warm up to him in unexpected ways. Nonetheless, it appears that Asahikawa may have intentions that extend beyond what Uematsu initially anticipated.
