Synopsis: Otokonoko Doushi Renai Chuu

Ooshima Kaoru, a previous pornographic actor now turned writer, has documented his daily experiences as a pansexual cross-dresser and revealed how he was introduced to the adult film industry. During his journey, he meets an individual named Michelle, who shares similar experiences to him as a former porn star, and the two eventually begin a romantic relationship.
