Synopsis: Period

ピリオド / 童年期 One day, Haru and his little brother Yoki come home to find that their mother has vanished, leaving them alone with their horribly abusive father. Now Haru and Yoki must make their way through a daily life characterized by pain, fear, and hunger. Haru tries his best to protect his little brother from the worst of the abuse, but he is all too aware of how little power he has. Will Haru's kindhearted schoolteacher or their aunts and uncles be able to rescue them from this living hell? Or will they have to find their own way to survive?
