Synopsis: Plunderer
The world is completely ruled by "numbers" in the Alcian calendar's 305th year. Each person is assigned a distinct "Count" at birth, representing anything from the number of miles they have traveled to the number of social compliments they have received. A "Count" of zero results in banishment to the Abyss. When Hina's mother's "Count" drops to zero, she urges Hina to find the legendary Red Baron.
