Synopsis: Realization of Justice

The question remains: Why should rapists and murderers be locked up in prison? Former soldier turned assassin, Kim Taepil, brutally kills thugs responsible for raping women, transforming from a heroic figure to a ruthless killer overnight. Taepil, overwhelmed by helplessness, is visited by Representative Shin Jin-su, who offers him an unexpected proposal: ‘Become the punisher yourself.’" With the justice system corrupted, a group of ten government-sanctioned avengers seek to establish a new order by exacting vengeance outside the law.
