Synopsis: Record of Highserk War

After succumbing to a heart attack, Raizou Takakura found himself reborn in another world as the impoverished third son of a farmer. In this new life, he went by the name of Walm and served as a soldier for the Highserk Empire – a small nation currently under attack from its larger neighbors. To survive, Walm had to resort to killing, spending his days defending his empire and witnessing the brutal aftermath of battles. As the Highserk Empire planned a massive invasion against Myard and the Ferrius Kingdom, Walm found himself immersed in bloodshed, constantly reminded of the fragility of life.
