Rawon is a world where gods and humans coexist.Here, the gods feed on human awe and use that power to protect humans, whilehumans live under the grace of the gods, existing within a "cycle of awe and grace."Yusa, the spirit of the Cheongyugang River, has rejected human awe for nearly a century due to the shock of losing his most cherished human disciple, Tan-eo.Whenever he faces the risk of losing his divinity and perishing as a lowly creature, he merely sustains his precarious existence by borrowing his divinity through a union with Gaho, the mountain god who secretly loves him.
