Synopsis: Rengoku Deadroll

Sakai Hiroaki possesses extraordinary intelligence and is indifferent towards anything that doesn't pose a significant challenge. One day, he intervenes to prevent a student from committing suicide, but tragically takes his own life instead. Upon awakening, Sakai discovers that he is neither in the realm of the living nor the dead, but in purgatory, where he encounters others who have also met a similar fate. They are compelled to participate in life-threatening games with no apparent reason. Determined to break free from this tormenting world, Sakai joins forces with his fellow prisoners.
