Synopsis: Rizelmine

The government has conducted genetic engineering experiments to produce a human being, and the result is Rizel, a young girl. Although physically healthy and happy, Rizel exhibits an unusual compulsion for love to advance her growth. Her sorrow from this absence can bring about catastrophic destruction in her tears. To fill this void in her life, Rizel decides to tie the knot! She sets her sights on Iwaki Tomonori, a typical 15-year-old boy.
