Synopsis: Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts

A war between humanity and beastkind raged a century ago, birthing an annual custom where the King of Beasts devours a human woman. Sariphi, a 15-year-old from a human village, becomes the 99th victim and is taken to Ozmargo, an unsafe realm plagued by miasma and barred from humans. Sariphi is unlike any sacrifice before her; her happy demeanor and fearlessness towards the ferocious beasts catches the King's attention. The monarch becomes curious about the young princess and her history, allowing her to explore the kingdom without restriction until the fateful night of discovery, despite the potential consequences. Little do they know that their brief encounter will forever alter the future of Ozmargo.
