Synopsis: Sanctuary

Childhood friends Akira Houjou and Chiaki Asami have endured a harrowing past, but they've emerged stronger for it. Settling in Japan, the pair is quick to observe the country's corrupt and indifferent ways, which only inflame their anger. Determined to effect change, they make a vow to create an entirely new Japan that's free from corruption, where citizens have a real voice in the political process.
