Synopsis: Sareki Oukoku

A war between humans and the Sandbiters, the cause of the earth's destruction, is now being fought on a world covered in sand. The Sandbiters, who control sand dragons and consume humans, are the enemies of all. Protected by the Water Goddess, only the Kingdom of Time stands. Kirameki, the heir to the throne, once crossed paths with Saga, a Sandbiter, during his youth. As a teenager, Kirameki discovers that Saga, his childhood playmate and half-brother, has infiltrated the Kingdom in an attempt to take it over. This is the one-shot tale of the boy who stopped time.
