Synopsis: Saving the World Through a Game

Shugo Gendo, a recently retired young man, is suddenly faced with a financial crisis due to urgent family circumstances. With nowhere else to turn, he enters a mysterious virtual game called “Melloworld”, which promises real-world cash rewards. Inside the game, Shugo teams up with two unexpected allies: Ayana Himekawa, a wildly popular streamer, and Hikaru Morioka, a rich but eccentric gamer. The trio starts making fast progress, taking on quests and gathering rewards. But soon, they begin to sense something is off. The enemies feel too real. The stakes—too high.
