Synopsis: Supermarket Sweetie

Tamao, a kuro-gal with a heart of gold, and Yamada, a plain diamond in the rough, are in an unusual relationship. Their love story defies convention, leaving everyone guessing where it will end up. Although Tamao has always dreamed of becoming a Tokyo girl, she falls in love with Yamada, a supermarket employee, upon moving to the city.
