Synopsis: Takama-ga-hara

Dormant superpowers exist within every human being, waiting to be awakened. Unfortunately, some individuals turn to malevolence upon discovering their abilities, while others utilize their powers to thwart wrongdoings. Hiruko, a tyrannical youth, has gained control over his high school through his superpowers, instilling fear in his fellow students. However, the arrival of a mysterious transfer student, sporting a colossal cast on his arm, signals the end of Hiruko's reign.
