Synopsis: Tetsuya: Jansei to Yobareta Otoko

The inhabitants of Shinjuku were experiencing a stroke of bad luck in 1947. Due to financial constraints, a few were compelled to gamble in order to meet their basic needs. Tetsuya, who was traveling at the time, opted to frequent Mahjong establishments, where he was defeating his opponents effortlessly. But, Tetsuya's encounter with the highly proficient Boushu-san made him realize that his skills were still deficient.
