Synopsis: Tezcatlipoca

Valmillo, a drug trafficker who reigned as the head of the Mexican cartel, loses his organization and everything he owns in a cartel war. Swearing revenge, Valmillo has a fateful encounter with the illegal doctor Suenaga in Jakarta, where he has escaped.
