Synopsis: The Black Create Summoner: Revolt of Reincarnated

Due to an error of divine proportions, Tsuguna, a student in high school, met his untimely demise before his predetermined time. However, the deity in charge of his fate decided to grant him a favor in his next life. As a result, Tsuguna is reborn into a universe where mystical properties reign supreme and resides amongst noble lineage. He possesses a rare form of magic which he specifically requested from the deity - the power to conjure summoned creatures. However, his dark Japanese hair and eyes are seen as a curse in his newfound home, causing him to be ostracized and his magical abilities to manifest slowly.
