Synopsis: The Cuckoo’s Cry

A massive tidal wave sweeps across the continent, followed by outbreaks of toxic miasma, pushing humanity to the brink of extinction. The survivors escape the poison-filled sea level by building cities atop the bodies of giants, living high above the deadly ground below. Left behind on the toxic, miasma-soaked ground below is a boy from the lower class — until he discovers something startling: The master’s son looks exactly like him.
