Synopsis: The Demon Prince of the Momochi House

On her 16th birthday, Himari Momochi comes into possession of "Momochi House," the sole tie to her biological family. Though many believe the estate to be haunted, Himari disregards their concerns and enters the mansion. Upon arriving, she encounters Aoi Nanamori and his cohorts, Ise and Yukari, who occupy her new abode. Despite their encouragement to depart, Himari vows to oust them. Before long, Himari falls prey to an attack by a youkaí and realizes that the house straddles the dividing line between the living and the afterlife. Aoi has been tapped as the guardian of this property, a position meant for Himari. However, Aoi must remain in the house for life and has ceased to exist to the outside world. Despite Aoi's importuning to leave, Himari pledges to aid him in lifting the curse that has trapped him within the property. As such, Himari moves in with Aoi, determined to work together to overcome the curse.
