Synopsis: The Hopeless Desire of a Witch

A kind-hearted nobleman offers to take Kaidel under his wing and give him a life of luxury, but there's a catch - Kaidel must track down the witch responsible for burning down his village and find the "ember." Kaidel, who was raised by alchemists and trained in combat, sets out on a mission to find the white-haired sorceress. When he meets a woman with similar locks, he wonders if she's Eleanor, the witch he's been searching for. Despite negative rumors about her, Kaidel finds Eleanor to be incredibly sweet. As his feelings for her grow and his thirst for revenge intensifies, Kaidel must make a difficult decision about which path to take.
