Synopsis: The Monster Rec-chan

Have you ever experienced a situation where an act of pity resulted in negative consequences? Recchan, a high school girl with facial characteristics comparable to a monster, is well-liked by her peers but is perceived differently by the student council president. The latter believes that compassion out of pity is not the appropriate approach to take when dealing with someone like Recchan. Despite facing criticism from others who view her as being mean-spirited, the student council president's decision to reject sympathy surprisingly leads to the formation of a new friendship.
