Synopsis: The Monster Sleeping in the Forest

In a world where monsters roam and the climate changes drastically, the only place that maintains the form of a nation is the "Special City." There, an infamous esper unit called the "White Army" exists, tasked with slaying monsters and absorbing external populations. Hwa-jin Shin, an esper in the White Army, is looked down upon due to his origins and weak abilities.
