Synopsis: The Rules of Public Morals

Kunie Hokuto caused harm to the feared disciplinary committee chairman, Yachigusa Shissa, due to a conditioned response on his first day of high school. As a form of compensation, Hokuto agrees to become Shissa's servant and follow his commands. Hokuto also becomes a first-year representative for the disciplinary committee, a designation he doesn't fully understand. However, Shissa's younger brother and the vice chairman of the committee, Zento, expresses disapproval of Hokuto's appointment.
