Synopsis: The Runaway Dragon King

Seeking freedom from the stifling life of the Dragon Palace, the Dragon King escapes to the surface and begins living as a humble boatman on the waters of Indangsu, enjoying the simple pleasures of a life without duties. But with the Dragon King gone, the currents of Indangsu grow dangerously wild. Fearing the raging waters, the villagers decide to calm the sea with a human sacrifice, choosing Sim Cheong as the offering. Before she is cast into the sea, Sim Cheong makes one final wish.
