Synopsis: The Scum of the Galaxy

While camping in a forest, Arata, a one-time karate student, and his younger sister Himari witness the sudden emergence of a spacecraft that abducts them. It's there that they encounter Sorakil, a truly unusual extraterrestrial who asserts to be part of the Galactic Federation and requires Arata and Himari's assistance in safeguarding Earth.
