Synopsis: The Serpent in the Empress’s Chamber

Despite devoting her body and soul to Emperor Laxus and helping him rise to power as an illegitimate son, Empress Lenisha loses her family and is cast out of the palace due to the Emperor’s paranoid suspicion that she might betray him. Now, Lenisha has only one goal: to bring him down. To do so, she chooses a new husband and ally in Kassius, a war hero brimming with fiery vitality.
