
Synopsis: The Sleeping Monster Forest
In a world where monsters roam and the climate changes drastically, the only place that maintains the form of a nation is the "Special City." There, an infamous esper unit called the "White Army" exists, tasked with slaying monsters and absorbing external populations. Hwa-jin Shin, an esper in the White Army, is looked down upon due to his origins and weak abilities. One day, upon hearing that his twin sibling, a guide, was exploited and killed by team members, he goes berserk, annihilates his team, and throws himself off a cliff. But when he opens his eyes, he finds himself in a village called the "Library," a place that hides from the Special City. Saved by Tan, the man who leads the Library, Hwa-jin, who has lost his memories due to the shock of his fall, is given the name Hima by Tan. Having lost his home and family to the White Army’s raids, Tan initially dislikes Hwa-jin for speaking in the dialect of the Special City. However, he gradually grows fond of Hima, who acts innocently due to his memory loss. As Hima grows closer to Tan, both emotionally and physically, he begins to gradually recover his innate abilities…
