Synopsis: The Story of Hua Yan (Colored)

The determined prince wearing a crown has set his heart on marrying a young woman from the dishonored Hua clan, whom he fondly calls "Overgrown Apricot". This declaration has caused great distress among the people in the capital, but surprisingly, the disreputable lady has no desire to become a princess and intends to elope with her lover. Lady Hua states firmly, "I am a resolute woman who is not a good match for you." In response, the Crowned Prince declares, "Then I shall make sure that you have no other alternative but to choose me."
