After dying in a plane crash, the protagonist found himself in an odd spatial installation that orbited an unfamiliar extraterrestrial planet. With a physical form, he spent over a hundred thousand years watching life evolve and civilizations rise and fall. Eventually, he awoke in a coffin and the narrative continues with the story of Gawain, the esteemed Grand Duke who helped establish the Kingdom of Ansu.
