Synopsis: This Obsessive Love Runs Deeper Than Blood

“Make your choice. Will you be executed right here, or will you become the wife of the man who took your father’s head?” Juno, the princess of a small kingdom, was nurtured as a protected daughter by her kind father, the King. She had been looking forward to her marriage to her gentle fiancé, Leif, the second prince of a neighboring realm. However, her reunion with Leif occurred in front of her father’s bloodied corpse. Leif had unexpectedly invaded Juno’s nation with astonishing swiftness alongside his army. As Juno denounced him, labeling him a “murderer,” Leif coldly responded: “At this very moment, I am breaking my engagement with you.” He then added, “Choose for yourself, be executed here, or become the wife of the man who decapitated your father.” Juno realized that he sought to humiliate her by compelling her to make the choice herself.
