Synopsis: Thunder City Royal

Rai Raitoningu was born not to long after a Great War that left is county in a fragile state, even worse his parents, the king and queen suddenly disappear one day leaving the country in chaos. Gangs and turf wars now happen all the time and Rai decides to try and stop every single one while he awaits his parents return, but something much worse lurks in the background that could destroy the whole country…..
