Synopsis: Ultra Maniac

Ayu Tateishi, a popular middle school student, had no interest in dreaming about fantasies or miracles. All she desired was to maintain her image of being cool, rational, and composed just so that her crush, Tetsushi Kaji, would notice her. Her peaceful existence is interrupted by Nina Sakura, a new transfer student who reveals herself to be a witch. Nina's magic skills aren't top-notch, and her tendency to interfere in Ayu's personal affairs only creates issues for the duo. As Ayu strives to maintain her positive reputation and Nina tries to conceal her powers from Hiroki Tsujiai - Tetsushi's best friend and a devoted manga follower - their problems compound. Furthermore, Nina's emergence entices more magic kingdom people, pulling Ayu into an unforeseen realm she'd never imagined.
