Recently widowed at the age of 65, Umiko ventured to the cinema for the first time in decades. There, she had a life-altering encounter with Kai, a film student at a nearby arts university. With Kai's inspiration, Umiko realized her passion for directing movies. Despite her age, she courageously dove into the sea of filmmaking, drawn by the exhilarating rush that made her heart clamor.
