Synopsis: Vendemiaire no Tsubasa

The narrative is structured in eight distinct segments, all focusing on a group of animated puppets known as Vendemiaire (which coincidentally is the name of each individual puppet). Within each segment, a Vendemiaire puppet encounters a male figure, either a young boy or adult, who aids them to varying degrees of success in achieving liberty. These stories are poignant, exploring conflicting perspectives on human behavior and how individuals exploit the Vendemiaire as subservient beings or worse.
