Synopsis: Wake up, Sleeping Beauty

Tetsu Misato, an introverted but hardworking high school student, has taken up a job at his father's cleaning company. His latest assignment brings him to a spectacular hillside mansion that he has admired from afar. Tucked away in the sprawling estate is a secluded abode where Shizu Karasawa lives, cut off from the rest of the world. During one of his cleaning rounds, Tetsu stumbles upon Shizu and is immediately intrigued by her mysterious demeanor. They strike up a conversation the next day and quickly establish a deep connection. However, Shizu discloses that she has been battling an unidentified illness for years, forcing her to spend her life in isolation. As Tetsu and Shizu continue to spend time together, Tetsu falls for her, but he soon realizes that her illness poses a significant challenge to their relationship. Thus begins Tetsu's quest to uncover Shizu's true self beyond her otherworldly affliction in hopes of finding happiness together. This is the journey chronicled in Ohayou, Ibarahime.
