Synopsis: Where the Sea Meets the Sky

If a mermaid catches sight of a human, that individual will become the mermaid's love interest. Shiina, a normal middle schooler, towers above her classmates, but has yet to find anyone to admire. That is, until a handsome new male teacher comes to their school and becomes the talk of the town. Despite her height, Shiina doesn't think she stands a chance with him. However, during a crowded rush hour train ride, the teacher stuns Shiina by remembering her name. What could this encounter mean for her?
