Synopsis: Without Knowing a Thing

Si-bon, a genius perfumer celebrated throughout France, suddenly loses his sense of smell - and with it, his purpose in life. Wanting to quietly end everything, he travels to Korea. But when he throws himself into the sea, he’s rescued by Hae-woon, an eccentric man who runs a small antique shop by himself. As Si-bon prepares to make another attempt at ending his life, he receives a message from his friend Pierre saying that there might be a way to restore his sense of smell. Regaining a flicker of hope, Si-bon decides to stay and work part-time at Hae-woon’s antique shop for three months before returning to France.
