Synopsis: Wombs

The ongoing conflict on the planet Hekiou pits the original immigrants against a second wave, and a significant military faction has harnessed the translocation powers of a native creature called the Niebass. Only female soldiers are entrusted with this ability, which requires implantation of the alien creature in their wombs. While some view this practice as a violation of humanity, Mana Oga's boyfriend shares this sentiment. As a new recruit in this unit, Mana and her fellow soldiers must reconcile their decision to host the Niebass, knowing it is necessary to protect their homes.
