Synopsis: World's End and Apricot Jam

After taking over as Building Manager at "Apricot House" from her father, Hina accidentally damages the keyboard of a peculiar resident residing in room 304. As an apology, the resident requests her help with some errands. However, Hina soon finds out that this eccentric resident is none other than the lead singer of a popular band. As she witnesses his charismatic performances on stage, she can't help but wonder about the mystery behind his enigmatic persona. Additionally, this volume includes the one-shot story "Hyakunen no Hatsukoi. Dokuringo Hime."
