Synopsis: Yasashiku Koroshite, Boku no Kokoro o

At only 19 years of age, Kanzaki Nao's innate charm and physical prowess make him a highly effective gigolo. After enduring a stabbing incident following a painful breakup, Nao is rescued by none other than the notorious yakuza leader, Murou Ryouichi of the Ichinose-group. Although Nao recovers from his injuries, Murou convinces him to remain in the city by covering his medical expenses and providing him with accommodation. Despite claiming to have no attraction towards younger men, Murou begins displaying romantic gestures towards Nao, leaving the young gigolo bewildered as he had vowed never to fall in love. What lies ahead for Nao as he battles to keep his emotions in check?
