Once upon a time, during an era of enchanted blades inhabited by spirits, a bold fighter called Hisui wielded a mystical "Drunken Sword." The powerful emperor demanded that all Spirit Swords be rounded up for him, leaving Hisui to fight constant battles against adversaries assigned by the emperor, as well as mercenary hunters simply after the bounty.
