Synopsis: Yume ni Tobu Tori

This is a collection of short stories: 1) A Dreaming Bird (Yume ni Tobu Tori) After a heated argument on Yuuga's birthday, Soichiro has a heart attack and is hit by a car. However, he wakes up two days before his accident, giving him a chance to change his fate. 2) Calling Moon, Walking Path (Iku Michi, Yobu Tsuki) Otsuji is attacked by hoodlums while cutting through a dangerous park at night and is thrown into a lake. There, he meets the demon of the lake, and he finds himself incapable of leaving. 3) Moment Atsushi attempts to move on from heartbreak with the help of his sister and brother-in-law, but his meeting with a college student named Kizaki is what ultimately changes his life. Despite receiving a makeover from his sister to improve his chances, Atsushi is forced to work overtime for a week, only to return to the bar and find Kizaki kissing someone else. 4) Flowers and Storms (Hana mo Arashi mo) Childhood friends Takerou and Kouta embark on their love story, despite the fact that Kouta is 25 years old. 5) Midnight Sun (Mayonaka Taiyou) In this sequel to Hinata, Kakeru, Shouichi-san, and little Rurika find themselves dealing with the unexpected arrival of Shouichi's late wife's sister. Kakeru begins to feel like a burden to the Konomi household, causing Shouichi and Ruri to consider letting him go.
