Synopsis: Zero

In 2000, a nuclear experiment gone wrong during transit caused Japan to collapse, leaving survivors seeking refuge in American military facilities in Japan to avoid deadly radiation. These refugees were forced to adhere to strict education and work routines. To combat boredom, an illegal recreational drug called "Zero" was created and circulated among them. This drug induced a dream-like state where individuals could relive their lives as they were in 2000, but those who weren't born yet could only speculate about their past. Could these simulated past lives hold the answers to potential future problems?
