Synopsis: You’re Under Arrest!

On her first day as a patrol woman for the Bokuto Police Department, Natsumi Tsujimoto is running late. To make up for lost time, the spunky moped rider decides to take several shortcuts. However, her mission is thwarted when mechanical genius and expert police driver Miyuki Kobayakawa catches up to her and issues a ticket. Natsumi soon learns that Miyuki is her new partner at the precinct, causing her initial mistrust. But as they face traffic accidents, reckless drivers, and even the strongest typhoons hitting Tokyo, an unbreakable friendship forms between them.
